Caramelised Chicken Wings
My colleague June came up with these finger-licking chicken wings. Marinated with mango chutney and soy sauce, slow roasted until beautifully caramelised! I serve it with a generously dressed rice with nuts and cranberries, and coleslaw.
Caramelised Chicken Wings
Chicken wings, pointed cabbage, carrot, white onion, spring onion, lemon, cranberries, lime juice, fresh dill, confit lemon, harissa (red chilli, garlic, coriander seeds, caraway seeds), almonds, raisins, sunflower seeds, basmati rice, gluten-free soy sauce, mango chutney (mango, sugar, vinegar, cumin, paprika, chilli, salt), tahini (sesame paste), extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: noten, sesamzaad, soja, sulfiet.

Heat the chicken and rice loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the coleslaw (cold).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Preheat the chicken and rice covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the coleslaw (cold). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
