Butter Chicken
This mild chicken dish is full of flavour and is a popular Indian recipe. We cook the chicken in a lightly spiced tomato sauce and at the end, we add a knob of butter, hence the name! Served with whole grain rice mixed with various finely chopped, slightly cooked vegetables, it makes for a vegetable-rich, healthy, and delicious meal. The photo shows white rice, but you will receive whole grain rice packed with vegetables!
Chicken thigh fillet (better life 2 stars), tomatoes, courgette, carrot, cauliflower, white onion, garlic, fresh ginger, chilli powder, fenugreek seeds, garam masala (coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, allspice, nutmeg, pepper, fennel seeds, bay leaf, clove), ginger, curry massala (contains among others coriander seeds, turmeric, and mustard seeds), cumin seeds, coriander seeds, turmeric, black mustard seeds, cream, yoghurt, basmati rice, brown rice, sugar, butter, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the chicken in sauce and the vegetable rice loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the chicken in sauce with vegetable rice covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Plastic containers and lids cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
