Bolognese Lasagne with Salad
This traditional lasagne is filled with a slowly simmered Bolognese sauce made from tomatoes, fresh vegetables, and minced beef (better life 2 stars). This allows all the flavours to meld beautifully. The light béchamel sauce with Parmesan cheese adds a creamy softness to the lasagne. Served with a crunchy salad featuring olives.
Bolognese Lasagne with Salad
Minced beef (better life 2 stars), tomatoes, courgette, carrot, cherry tomatoes, yellow beetroot, celery, white onion, garlic, fresh basil, rosemary, sage, thyme, kalamata olives, capers, nutmeg, oregano, thyme, rosemary, Parmesan cheese, milk, fresh lasagne sheets (wheat flour, free-range egg), butter, wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the lasagne loosely covered for 4-5 minutes (1 person) to 6-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the salad (cold).

Preheat the lasagne covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25 minutes (2 or more persons). Then, uncover and heat for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with the salad (cold). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, please transfer to an oven dish.
