Black bean beef noodles
We love to enjoy this Asian dish at home with chopsticks. I make a marinade from black beans, sesame seeds, ginger, and chili pepper, and quickly stir-fry the marinated beef (using high-quality Scottish beef) on a blazing hot plate to keep it tender. Then we slice the meat into thin strips. I also stir-fry the vegetables (including radish and broccoli) briefly over high heat: deliciously crunchy! Served with rice noodles.
