Bigos - hunter's stew
This dish is inspired by the famous Polish hunter's stew with smoked sausage, beef chuck, wild mushrooms, sauerkraut, prunes, and marjoram. I serve it with a warm potato salad.
Smoked sausage (pork, nutmeg, salt, mace, ginger, cardamom, pork protein, pepper, salt), beef chuck (better life 2 stars), sauerkraut, chestnut mushrooms, celeriac, pointed cabbage, white onion, cèpes (porcini), boletes, oyster mushrooms, garlic, potato, dried prunes, fresh bay leaf, dried marjoram, juniper berries, caraway seeds, paprika powder, allspice, tomato puree, white wine vinegar, sunflower oil.
Allergens: selderij, sulfiet.

Heat the Bigos with potatoes loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Preheat the Bigos with potatoes covered with an oven-safe dish or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
