Authentic Bobotie
We have a new South African chef in the kitchen, and he got everyone excited at lunch with this delicious bobotie. No strange additions like banana or apple here; in South Africa, mango and raisins are used for sweetness in the bobotie. It comes with a portion of yellow rice with vegetables and cucumber sambal, which is a fresh and spicy cucumber pickle. Enjoy your meal!
