Asparagus Lasagne with Ham
A Dutch seasonal favourite meets an Italian classic in this lasagne with a white asparagus sauce, diced ham, and sliced green asparagus. I serve it with a portion of steamed and roasted green vegetables.
Diced ham, white asparagus, French beans, broccoli, white onion, courgette, celery, green asparagus DV, spinach, garlic, potato, nutmeg, Parmesan cheese, cream, fresh lasagne sheets (wheat flour, free-range egg), butter, wheat flour, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Heat the lasagne and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Preheat the lasagne and vegetables covered with an ovenproof dish or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
