Artisanal Meatball with Delicious Gravy
This meatball made from minced beef (Beter Leven 2 stars) and a hint of mustard is wonderfully pure in flavour and roasted in the oven until golden brown, making it not greasy. Served with a generous portion of braised and roasted vegetables, mixed with steamed baby potatoes and fresh herbs, alongside a homemade gravy with onions.
Minced beef meatball (Beter Leven 2 stars - contains egg, mustard, and gluten), carrot, cauliflower, white onion, peas, leek, garlic, celery, celeriac, baby potatoes with skin, fresh chives, parsley, rosemary, and thyme, tomato purée, homemade veal stock (contains celery), extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, mosterd, selderij.

Heat the meatball with gravy and the vegetables with baby potatoes loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
