Angus Beef Burger with Pepper Cream Sauce
Black Angus beef burger (Scottish beef, celery, salt, pepper), celeriac, peas, green beans, mushrooms, red pepper, white onion, cèpes (porcini), bolete, oyster mushrooms, garlic, potato, fresh parsley, thyme, milk, cream, Dijon mustard, tomato purée, white wine, organic vegetable stock, potato starch, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the mash, vegetables, and burger with pepper cream sauce loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (for 1 person). Check that the meat is well done. Prefer your meat pink? First, heat the mushroom sauce covered for 1-2 minutes until hot, then place the meat in, cover, and heat for another 1 minute.

Transfer to an oven dish and heat the mash, vegetables, and burger with pepper cream sauce covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes. Check that the meat is well done. Prefer your meat pink? First, heat the mushroom sauce covered for 10-15 minutes until hot, then place the meat in, cover, and heat for another 5 minutes.
