Angus Beef Burger with Mushroom Sauce
This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Individually packed in sustainable disposable packaging. With fond memories of my grandmother, I prepare this classic dish: a pure medium-rare Angus beef burger (better life 2 stars), topped with a rich mushroom sauce full of fresh herbs, creamy mashed potatoes, and a generous portion of sautéed green vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
Angus Beef Burger with Mushroom Sauce
Black Angus beef burger (Scottish beef, celery, salt, pepper), celeriac, mushrooms, peas, green beans, white onion, cèpes (porcini), bolete, oyster mushrooms, garlic, potato, fresh parsley, thyme, milk, cream, Dijon mustard, white wine, organic vegetable stock, potato starch, rapeseed oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the mash, vegetables, and burger with mushroom sauce loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person), up to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Check if the meat is well done. Prefer your meat medium-rare? First, heat the mushroom sauce covered for 1-2 minutes until hot, then place the meat in, cover, and heat for another minute.
Oven — 200°C, 30 minMarleen's choice
Transfer to an oven dish and heat the mash, vegetables, and burger with mushroom sauce covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes. Check if the meat is well done. Prefer your meat medium-rare? First, heat the mushroom sauce covered for 10-15 minutes until hot, then place the meat in, cover, and heat for another 5 minutes.
