American Style Meatloaf
This meatloaf is made according to an American recipe, which means: minced meat, seasoned with fresh herbs and a bit of heat, topped with a generous layer of 'sticky sauce' and baked in the oven. It comes with a refreshing coleslaw dressed with vinaigrette and American-style potato gratin with cheddar. Enjoy!
Beef mince and pork mince (better life 2 stars), pak choi, red cabbage, pointed cabbage, white onion, garlic, potato, Granny Smith apple, cumin seeds, raisins, red cheddar, pasteurised free-range egg, milk, cream, panko (contains gluten), chilli sauce, Dijon mustard, tomato ketchup, dark brown sugar, potato starch, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the meatloaf and potato gratin loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the coleslaw (cold).

Preheat the meatloaf and potato gratin covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the coleslaw (cold). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
