I give these classics a contemporary twist. For example, I make a creamy hutspot with sweet potato or a surprising stamppot with parsnip and pumpkin.

Many people think of Dutch dishes only as winter fare. But our Dutch cuisine has so much more to offer! From a light asparagus dish in spring to a fresh salad with Dutch new potatoes in summer. I always choose seasonal vegetables, so you can enjoy the tastiest Dutch meals all year round.

When preparing our Dutch meals, we take modern eating habits into account. That means:
- More vegetables than was common in the past
- Less salt and fat, but still full of flavour
- Smaller portions of meat, with a focus on quality
- Fresh herbs for an extra flavour experience
