Vegan chocolate cake

The tasting panel was unanimous in its verdict: this vegan chocolate cake is fantastic! The cake is entirely plant-based, but you wouldn't guess it when you taste it. It's moist, rich in flavour, and packed with chocolate. I spread it with a creamy layer of frosting.
