Tajine with Almonds
This Moroccan vegetable dish is wonderfully fragrant and full of flavour. The tajine is packed with vegetables - fennel, carrots, courgette, tomatoes - sweet potato, olives, dried apricots, and Arabic herbs and spices. The saffron and preserved lemon add a delicate taste to the dish. It comes with fluffy couscous topped with fresh herbs and roasted almonds. This dish is 100% plant-based (vegan).
Tajine with Almonds
Courgette, cauliflower, tomatoes, fennel, white onion, garlic, sweet potato, lemon, dried apricots, fresh chives, dill, coriander and parsley, preserved lemon, kalamata olives, baharat spices (contains among others nutmeg, cardamom, allspice, cinnamon, spearmint), chilli powder, ras el hanout (contains among others paprika, pink peppercorns, liquorice, oregano, bay leaf, sage, thyme, saffron), homemade colombo masala (fenugreek, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, turmeric, cloves), almonds, raisins, couscous, organic vegetable stock, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the tajine and couscous loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the tajine and couscous covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
