Colour and flavour on your plate with these healthy vegetable burritos! We fill the burritos with typical Peruvian ingredients, such as roasted sweet potato, fresh corn, quinoa, and amarillo peppers. You'll also receive aji verde, a spicy, zesty sauce that pairs perfectly with these burritos. You can enjoy the burrito cold or warm, depending on your craving!

Preheat the burrito covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Serve with the aji verde.
