The origin of cocoa lies in Mexico, and this pudding comes from that region! The hint of cinnamon, chili pepper, splash of brown rum, and fresh lime make this pudding wonderfully exotic in flavour. I use silken tofu in this recipe, making this pudding 100% plant-based (vegan). Enjoy!
