This vegetarian lentil soup is refreshingly sweet with sweet potato, coconut, and fresh ginger. 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.
Green lentils, sweet potato, white onion, garlic, red chilli, fresh coriander and ginger, coconut milk, cinnamon stick, curry masala, vadouvan (cumin, fenugreek, lentils, mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic, turmeric, grape seed oil), organic vegetable stock, sunflower oil, pepper and salt.
