Lebanese Vegetable Soup with Lentils
A vegetable soup based on tomatoes with Lebanese spices, lentils, and various vegetables. I add some feta and croutons for extra flavour. 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.
Tomatoes, courgette, mushrooms, red bell pepper, red onion, spinach, mountain lentils, garlic, fresh chives, parsley, kalamata olives, baharat spices (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cloves, nutmeg, pepper, cardamom, allspice, cinnamon, spearmint, oregano), feta made from pasteurised sheep and goat milk, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: lactose, sulfiet.
