Creamy hummus pasta
My secret to making this vegan pasta dish extra creamy: I add a touch of hummus to the tomato sauce! I then mix the sauce with penne and plenty of roasted tomatoes, courgettes, grilled peppers, artichoke hearts, and spinach.

Tomatoes, courgette, white onion, pepper, artichoke heart, spinach, garlic, lemon, chickpeas, chili flakes, cumin seeds, nutritional yeast, sunflower seeds, soy cream, whole grain penne pasta, tahini (sesame paste), pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, sesamzaad, soja, sulfiet.

Heat the pasta loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Preheat the pasta covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
