Beluga Burgers with Kisir
These burgers made from beluga lentils and grated courgette are seasoned with pul biber, a coarsely ground red pepper commonly used in Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine. The generous amount of fresh parsley and mint makes these burgers refreshing and full of flavour. Served alongside kisir, a classic Turkish bulgur salad with fresh herbs, vine tomatoes, and pomegranate molasses. The fasuliye (stewed green beans) are also prepared according to a Turkish recipe, simmered in tomato sauce with oregano and fresh mint. Delicious with the baba ganoush dip. 100% plant-based (vegan).
