Arabic Lentil Soup
A hearty and spicy Arabic soup made with red lentils, seasoned with my own Lebanese seven-spice blend and packed with roasted vegetables and preserved lemon peel. 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.
Tomatoes, white onion, aubergine, courgette, garlic, sweet potato, fresh parsley, preserved lemon, red lentils, chilli powder, cumin seeds, Lebanese seven-spice blend (allspice, white pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger), ras el hanout (contains turmeric, coriander seeds, paprika, pepper, oregano, bay leaf, sage, thyme, saffron), organic vegetable stock, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
