This traditional pasta from Sicily is bursting with flavour. The sweet roasted red onions and raisins pair beautifully with the saltiness of the anchovies and Parmesan cheese! Capers and toasted pine nuts complete the dish. You'll also receive a generous portion of vegetables including fennel, spinach, roasted cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. Buon appetito!
Anchovies, fennel, red onion, cherry tomato, red and yellow bell pepper, spinach, garlic, lemon, fresh parsley, capers, chilli flakes, oregano, fennel seeds, pine nuts, raisins, Parmesan cheese, whole wheat spaghetti, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the pasta and vegetables loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the pasta and vegetables covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
