Fish Parcel from the Oven
This fresh white fish fillet (catch of the day, cod or coley) is first brushed with green herb oil and then wrapped in baking paper. I fill this parcel with fresh vegetables, olives, capers, and a slice of lemon, and steam it briefly. At home, you will continue to cook the fish in the parcel, ensuring that all the flavours are perfectly preserved. Accompanying this dish are gently roasted potatoes from the oven.

Anchovies, fresh black coley fillet, carrot, yellow bell pepper, celeriac, white onion, celery, leek, garlic, potato, lemon, fresh dill, oregano, parsley, rosemary, kalamata olives, capers, white wine, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Microwave
Heat the fondant potatoes uncovered and the fish parcel in baking paper for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons). Check the doneness of the inside of the fish.

Preheat the fish parcel in baking paper for 20-25 minutes (1 person) to 30-35 minutes (2 or more persons). Roast the potatoes uncovered for the last 15-25 minutes. Check the doneness of the inside of the fish. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
