Salmon Quiche with Vegetable Mash
This quiche is a hit with children. The combination of smoked and fresh salmon gives a subtle and gentle salmon flavour in this tart. Accompanying it is a healthy mash filled with tender broccoli, finely chopped courgette, and carrot.
Salmon Quiche with Vegetable Mash
Smoked and fresh salmon, broccoli, courgette, carrot, potato, lemon, fresh chives and dill, pasteurised free-range egg, crème fraîche, milk, cream cheese, puff pastry, Dijon mustard, extra virgin olive oil, pepper and salt.
Allergens: ei, gluten, koemelk, lactose, mosterd, sulfiet, vis.
Microwave
Remove the quiche from the dish. Heat the quiche uncovered on the baking paper for 1-2 minutes (the puff pastry will not be crispy from the microwave). Heat the vegetable mash loosely covered for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons).

Remove the quiche from the dish. Heat the quiche uncovered on the baking paper (this will make the base crispy) and the vegetable mash covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
