Pollock with Sweet Potato Mash
This dish is inspired by a classic from Jamie Oliver. I marinate the fish with fennel seeds and lemon zest and briefly bake it in the oven. Accompanying this is a real flavour bomb, sweet potato mash, seasoned with fresh coriander and lime. The crunchy green vegetables complete the dish perfectly.
Fresh black pollock fillet, broccoli, green beans, bok choy, spinach, garlic, red chilli, potato, sweet potato, lemon, lime juice, fresh coriander, fennel seeds, sesame oil, gluten-free soy sauce, mango chutney (mango, sugar, vinegar, cumin, paprika, chilli, salt), pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: sesamzaad, soja, sulfiet, vis.
Microwave
Remove the fish from the dish and heat the sweet potato mash and vegetables loosely covered for 3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the fish covered for the last 1-2 minutes until warm.

Remove the fish from the dish and heat the sweet potato mash and vegetables covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof plate for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the fish covered for the last 5-10 minutes until warm. Disposable containers cannot go in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
