Grilled Mackerel Fillet
Super healthy and delicious, these fillets of fresh mackerel are first marinated and then briefly grilled. The colourful carrots are roasted in the oven and combine with the peas and crunchy leaf spinach to create a cheerful dish. Served with a refreshing potato salad made with new potatoes, apple pieces, and celery.
Grilled Mackerel Fillet
Fresh mackerel fillet with skin, carrot, leaf spinach, celery, peas, new potatoes with skin, lemon zest, Jonagold apple, orange zest, fresh parsley, fennel seeds, tarragon, mint, Greek yoghurt, Noilly Prat vermouth, extra virgin olive oil, sherry vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, koemelk, lactose, selderij, sulfiet, vis.
Microwave
Remove the mackerel from the dish using baking paper and heat the vegetables for 2-3 minutes (1 person) to 4-6 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the mackerel for 30 seconds to 1 minute on the baking paper until warm. Serve with the potato salad (cold).
Oven — 200°C, 15-25 minMarleen's choice
Remove the mackerel from the dish using baking paper and heat the vegetables for 15 minutes (1 person) to 20-25 minutes (2 or more persons). Heat the mackerel for the last 5-8 minutes on the baking paper until warm. Serve with the potato salad (cold).
