French Fish Soup

A pure soup full of flavour, made from various fresh white fish, finished with lemon zest, saffron, and reduced Noilly Prat. 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.

Fresh saltwater white fish fillet (cod, sole, coley), anchovy, potato, celery, carrot, white onion, leek, celeriac, saffron, garlic, fresh parsley and dill, lemon zest, organic vegetable stock, Noilly Prat, sunflower oil, pepper & salt.
