Pasta with Sausage

Good quality orecchiette pasta with delicious sausage in a vegetable & tomato sauce: an ideal dish for children (and I personally find it very tasty too). The tomatoes simmer for hours with Italian herbs until the sauce is sweet and smooth. The fresh fennel sausage is sliced after cooking and added to the sauce. Enjoy!
