Kids Nasi with Omelette
What a great friend for kids this vegetable nasi with omelette is! I make the nasi from steamed brown basmati rice, which I then stir-fry with my own spice mix. I add finely chopped vegetables, such as red bell pepper and green beans, along with finely sliced pieces of omelette. Topped with crunchy peanuts.
