Mexican Soup

This spicy Mexican soup is made using our homemade veal stock. The soup is generously filled with black beans, minced beef (Better Life 2 stars), and roasted pieces of red pepper. It has a mildly spicy flavour and is tomato-based. 500 ml, enough for 2 bowls.
