Halloween pumpkin pie - 4 pieces

It's Halloween this week, so a perfect excuse to bake this pumpkin pie :) We build this classic tart on a crispy base of flour, butter, and warm spices, topped with a light mixture of roasted pumpkin mousse, cream, and eggs. We bake this pie in the oven. On top, we add a mini marshmallow. Happy Halloween!
