Classic French Soup with Sausage

I sauté the sausage meat, deglaze it with a splash of white wine, and gently stew the leek in it. This forms the flavourful base of this classic French soup. I finish the soup with some diced ham, cream, and fresh herbs. 500 ml, gluten-free, enough for 2 bowls.
