Traditional Braised Beef
This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and 1 euro cheaper! Individually packaged in sustainable disposable packaging. This braised beef made from high-quality chuck steak (better living 2 stars) reminds me of my grandmother and how she used to make it: wonderfully tender in a fragrant sauce. Served with roasted baby potatoes from the oven and steamed vegetables with fresh parsley.
Traditional Braised Beef
Chuck steak (better living 2 stars), cauliflower, carrot, tomatoes, white onion, celery, peas, garlic, baby potatoes with skin, fresh bay leaf, parsley, rosemary and thyme, red wine, homemade veal stock (contains celery), pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: alcohol, selderij, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the braised beef, vegetables and baby potatoes loosely covered for 3-4 minutes.
Oven — 200°C, 15-20 minMarleen's choice
Preheat the braised beef, vegetables and potatoes covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes. Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
