Pasta funghi
A classic combination of sautéed mushrooms, garlic, cream, and fresh parsley. In this version, I add al dente courgette. With casareccia pasta.
Mushrooms, courgette, white onion, cèpes (porcini), boletus, oyster mushrooms, garlic, fresh parsley, thyme, Parmesan cheese, cream, casareccia pasta, organic vegetable stock, potato starch, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
Allergens: gluten, koemelk, lactose, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the pasta with sauce with the lid loosely on for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).

Preheat the pasta with sauce covered with aluminium foil or an ovenproof dish for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). The lid cannot go in the oven!
