Italian Stew with Fresh Fennel Mash
This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Individually packaged in sustainable disposable packaging. This dish is all about patience: I slowly braise the beef chuck (better living 2 stars) in red wine with porcini mushrooms, a cinnamon stick, and fresh rosemary. This allows all the flavours to meld together, creating a pure Italian stew. I mix in roasted celeriac and peppers. On the side, I serve a fresh mash with fennel. Enjoy! Italian Stew with Fresh Fennel Mash
Beef chuck (better living 2 stars), celeriac, red and green peppers, fennel, tomatoes, white onion, carrot, celery, rocket, porcini mushrooms, garlic, potato, fresh bay leaf and parsley, cinnamon stick, rosemary, thyme, fennel seeds, milk, Dijon mustard, red wine, homemade veal stock (contains celery), sage, butter, rapeseed oil, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.
