French Fish Pot
Classic French and deliciously healthy, this fish pot is filled with fresh fish (including cod fillet, salmon, and prawns) and plenty of vegetables. The cream and herbs give this dish a refined flavour, accompanied by a creamy mashed potato where I add sautéed onion with fennel seeds.
Anchovies, prawns, fresh salmon fillet, fresh saltwater white fish fillet (cod, plaice, coley), carrot, celeriac, leek, fennel, white onion, garlic, potato, fresh thyme, fennel seeds, milk, cream, Dijon mustard, cornflour, organic vegetable stock, butter, white wine vinegar, pepper and salt, sunflower oil.

Heat the fish pot and mash loosely covered for 3-4 minutes (1 person) to 5-8 minutes (2 or more persons).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 min
Preheat the fish pot and mash covered with an oven-safe plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes (1 person) to 25-30 minutes (2 or more persons). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven; transfer to an oven dish.
