This is yesterday's meal, just as delicious today and €1 cheaper! Individually packed in sustainable disposable packaging. A hearty and robust stew based on tomatoes, filled with high-quality chicken sausages, white beans, bell peppers, and bacon bits. Accompanied by an American-style rice salad, with crunchy corn and dressed with yoghurt and our homemade mayonnaise. Enjoy, guys!
Cowboy Stew with Rice Salad
Bacon bits, tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, white onion, carrot, spring onion, peas, garlic, fresh bay leaf, cannellini beans, corn, chilli powder, basmati rice, tomato purée, Worcestershire sauce (contains soy), homemade mayonnaise (sunflower oil, pasteurised free-range egg yolk, Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt), sunflower oil.
Allergens: ei, mosterd, soja, sulfiet.
Microwave
Heat the stew loosely covered for 3-4 minutes. Serve with the rice salad (cold).
Oven — 200°C, 15-30 minMarleen's choice
Heat the stew covered with an ovenproof plate or aluminium foil for 15-20 minutes. Serve with the rice salad (cold). Disposable containers cannot be used in the oven, transfer to an oven dish.
